APPOINTMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

A 6+ hour cancellation notice prior to appointment start time is required. I will gladly reschedule your appointment within this time frame. You may also cancel or reschedule your own appointment by simply replying to the automated Gloss Appointment confirmation message via text message or email. Last minute cancellations will be charged a 50% service fee.



NO SHOW POLICY

NO SHOWS will be charged a fee.

Brazilian Wax Pass holders (Male or Female) will automatically lose their scheduled prepaid wax service if you do not show.

*No shows are a major letdown, period. Not only for me but for all others who are waiting & willing to come in at the time I have reserved for you. When you don’t show up for your scheduled appointments, we ALL miss out. I proactively confirm and send out reminders the day before your appointment via text message and emails. This ensures that the upcoming appointment is on your radar.

LATE POLICY 

Wax Fx cannot guarantee services you reserved if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. I will do my best to accommodate you, but if I feel that your tardiness will put me in a bind, I will then turn you away

SERVICES

Wax Fx has a no refund policy on pre-paid services. If you wish to gift your prepaid services to someone else, let me know. Please note that prepaid package deals EXPIRE 6 months from date of purchase.

I will offer complimentary touch ups if needed within 3 days of the service completion.


Bottom line here is to be please considerate and respectful of both my time and to others needs who could use your appointment time slot with ample notice of your cancellation.
